Justinian & Associates PLLC, Summer 2016


Working with the marketing team at Justinian & Associates, I helped define the brand strategy for their national and local firms into a cohesive voice on appropriate social channels, and generate a content calendar to include marketing campaigns and e-nurture to existing and prospective clients. I developed measurable KPIs for each social channel that the team could track over an incremental period of time, based on their feedback for the business goals. We also conducted co-marketing events with University organizations to broaden the demographic of clients and expand the reach to new segments, while increasing engagement. Lastly, I helped develop ad campaigns and produced a video and podcast series with internal and external stakeholders to drive influencer engagement based on viewer generated feedback.

In order to help build brand awareness and target new demograhpics, we developed partnerships with local companies that held concerts and targeted a younger audience. Our influencers were not only the attendees, but some of the artists. I created branded snapchat geofilters and other items for use at the events to ensure that our reach was effective for our spend depending upon each audience. 

IBM 2014-2016

Periscope Pilot Project

Working with the Developer Advocate team, I conducted a Periscope pilot project to understand how we could utilize live video capabilities prior to Twitter launching the capabilities on their platform. Working with our data science team, I conducted A/B testing and flighting on our paid social campaign, as well as market research to ensure proper execution. 

Barbarian Video Projects

Working with our creative team at Barbarian, we developed a series of video content targeting our younger demographic in tech, including both male and female audiences. The above is an example of the video created to target our female audience.

Working across multiple teams within the sales and service organization, I helped establish processes and develop communication materials for client-facing meetings that met the needs of multiple verticals within the Fortune 500 portfolio, ensuring that all of our new and existing client needs were met. 

Ogilvy & Mather WW 2012-2013 (Contract)

Working with OgilvyAction and American Express, I consulted SMB business in the DC metro area with social media analytics pulled for Ogilvy HQ in NYC based on zip code demographics. During my contract, I also helped convert the organizational change management process by implementing a pilot application for field representatives to enter data more efficiently and cut overhead costs.
